Stater Bros. Markets recently announced the grand reopening for its store located at 15222 Summit Avenue in northwestern Fontana.

Stater Bros. said the reopening reflects the company’s commitment to enhancing shopping experiences through interior upgrades and expanded offerings to meet the needs of the customers.

In addition, to honor the company's long-standing tradition of giving back to the communities it serves, Stater Bros. Charities made a check presentation of $2,500 to the HOPEful GOoDy Bag, a Fontana nonprofit group, on April 10.

“Stater Bros. has always believed in not just doing business in the community, but being part of the community. Providing a pleasant shopping experience, taking good care of our customers and supporting the communities we serve remains at the core of our business,” said Stater Bros. CEO Pete Van Helden.

Added features at the store at 15222 Summit Avenue include a fresh cut fruit station, expanded selection of wine and beer, FujiSan handcrafted sushi, energy efficient LED lighting and new wood laminate flooring. The store will continue to operate from 6 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Sunday.
