The City of Fontana is offering events at local pools for community members to enjoy throughout the summer.

These events offer low-cost ways to stay cool and provide a family-fun atmosphere for residents.

Admission prices are $3 for children (ages 3 through 17), $5 for adults, and $1.50 for seniors (ages 55 and over).

The events are:

• Family Fun Nights: Every Tuesday starting June 4 and continuing through July 23 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Don Day, Heritage Center, and Miller pools. Family Fun Nights include swimming, music, games, and giveaways.

• Dive-In Movie Nights: Every Friday from June 7 through July 26 at Heritage Center Pool from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The movie will start at 8:15 p.m. The Don Day Pool will also host Dive-In Movie Nights every Saturday from June 8 through July 27 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

In addition, a Swim-2-Win Swim Meet will be held on Saturday, July 20 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Fontana Park Aquatic Center. Check-in is at 7:30 a.m. This event is free but only open to registered swim lesson participants at the pool.
