Thousands of Fontana residents had fun participating in Halloween activities on Oct. 31.

The City of Fontana hosted its traditional events at three community centers.

At the Cypress Center, the event was moved indoors from nearby Seville Park because of concern about the strong winds which were hitting the area. Attendees still received lots of enjoyment by playing games, creating crafts, taking part in a costume contest, and trunk-or-treating.

In addition, Fontana Unified School District students, families, teachers and staff got in the Halloween spirit with various harvest festivals, trunk-or-treat events, and fall celebrations. The annual Halloween festival at Fontana A.B. Miller High School attracted a large crowd.
