Deputies from the Fontana Sheriff's Station arrested two suspects on charges of prostitution and keeping a house of prostitution, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.
In October of 2018, the Fontana Sheriff's Station received information from an anonymous We-Tip informant that prostitution was taking place at businesses that were advertising as massage parlors.
Through extensive surveillance and undercover operations, investigators obtained probable cause to serve a search warrant at both locations, one in Colton in the 1600 block of Washington Street and one in Bloomington in the 17700 block of Valley Boulevard.
Investigators located multiple subjects at the Colton location, two of whom were arrested for charges related to prostitution. No one was contacted at the Bloomington location.
Investigators located evidence that both locations were operated by the same individual(s). Evidence of sex trafficking was located at both businesses.
The suspects were identified as Eugenia Castro-Ramos, 48, of Holtville and Lucy Bhadra, 34, of Montebello.
