Final unofficial results have been announced in the election involving two water districts that cover some areas of Fontana as well as other nearby cities.

Results were provided by the San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters on Nov. 5.

----- IN THE WEST VALLEY WATER DISTRICT:

In Division 1, Kyle Crowther, a member of the Board of Directors and a police officer, won with 255 votes. Linda Gonzalez, a business owner, had 158 votes and Betty J. Gosney had 33. Write-in candidate Kendria Watson had 3 votes.

In Division 4, Channing Hawkins, a labor relations representative, was the winner with 495 votes.  Don Olinger, who has been a member of the Board of Directors, had 286 votes.

In Division 5, Greg Young, a member of the Board of Directors, had 300 votes. Angel Ramirez, a high school educator, has 186 and Jackie S. Cox had 67.

----- IN THE CUCAMONGA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT:

In Division 1, Oscar Gonzalez, a member of the Board of Directors, had 776 votes and Kevin Kenley, an automotive supervisor, had 729 votes, a margin of 51 percent to 48 percent.

In Division 2, Mark Gibboney, a retired deputy chief of police, had 1,069 votes and Kathleen J. Tiegs, a member of the Board of Directors, had 920 votes.
