An armed suspect robbed a bank in Grand Terrace on Nov. 27, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.

At about 4:07 p.m., deputies from the Sheriff’s Central Station responded to BBVA Compass Bank in the 22700 block of Barton Road following the report of an in-progress armed robbery at the location.

Deputies learned an unidentified suspect had entered the business, displayed a handgun and demanded money from the employees. The suspect fled in a black newer model sport utility vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash shortly before deputies arrived. No one was injured during the robbery and the suspect was not located.
