The San Bernardino Police Department reported that a man was shot to death on Oct. 17.

A 51-year-old man was shot to death in San Bernardino on Oct. 17, according to the San Bernardino Police Department.

Officers responded to the 1200 Block of E. Lynwood Drive at around 2 a.m., after a caller reported a shooting. When officers arrived, they found an unresponsive man who succumbed to his injuries.

The victim was identified as Vernon Lee Moore, a San Bernardino resident.
