One person died and two other people were critically wounded in a shooting incident in San Bernardino on Sept. 8, according to the San Bernardino Police Department.

Officers responded to the 1100 Block of North L Street at around 8:50 p.m. after a caller reported a shooting. When officers arrived, they found three males suffering from gunshot wounds.

A 21-year-old male victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other two victims were transported to area hospitals and are listed in critical condition.

Homicide detectives responded to investigate.

The deceased victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification to the next of kin.
