The San Bernardino County Community Vital Signs Initiative is inviting residents to attend the 2019 Status of Our Vital Signs – Stakeholders Engagement meetings.
As part of a community-wide health improvement effort, the county is sharing data on a broad range of topics with intent to prioritize the most urgent issues that impact the health and wellness of county residents.
The Status of Our Vital Signs meetings will be held through a series of stakeholder engagement meetings which will be hosted in each of the five Supervisorial Districts.
The 2nd District meeting (which would include persons living in western Fontana) will be held on June 10 from 9-11 a.m. at West End Services, 8265 Aspen Street in Rancho Cucamonga.
The 5th District meeting (which would include persons living in eastern Fontana) will be held on June 17 from 9-11 a.m. at the Dorothy Ingraham Learning Center, 670 E. Carnegie Drive in San Bernardino.
