A 19-year-old Rialto man was arrested on child pornography charges on Dec. 11, according to the Fontana Police Department.
Detectives from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force discovered that Miguel Hernandez was allegedly downloading and distributing child pornography over the internet.
A search warrant was served at the suspect's residence in the 100 block of North Pine Avenue with the assistance of the Fontana P.D.'s Fugitive Apprehension Team. During the service of the search warrant, several electronic devices were seized. Hernandez was allegedly found to be in possession of in excess of 2,000 images and videos depicting graphic child pornography. Many of the child pornographic images and videos included prepubescent children engaged in sadomasochistic and bestiality situations.
Hernandez was arrested on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography in excess of 600 images and possession of child pornography that portrayed sexual sadism or sexual masochism. He was booked at West Valley Detention Center.
