After a couple of very hot days, Fontana residents will be able to enjoy cooler temperatures at the end of this week, according to the National Weather Service.

Here is the forecast:

Friday, June 14 -- Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 77. Light southwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.

Friday night -- Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 60. West wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light after midnight.

Saturday, June 15 -- Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 84. Light southwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.

Saturday night -- Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 61.

Sunday, June 16 -- Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 86.

Sunday night -- Patchy fog after 11 p.m. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 60.

Monday, June 17 -- Patchy fog before 11 a.m. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 84.
