President Trump has submitted his fiscal year 2020 budget request, which turns its back on hardworking American families and vulnerable seniors and threatens the nation’s ability to balance our budget.

After giving millionaires and corporations a tax break, the president’s proposal targets people who are already struggling to make ends meet to try and make his ballooning deficit look better.

To once again demand $8.6 billion for an ineffective, wasteful border wall while making extreme cuts to the programs our communities depend on, like Medicare and Medicaid, is nothing short of irresponsible.

Trump is making it clear that he only wants more government shutdowns and uncertainty. This budget represents everything that is wrong with Washington.

As a member of the Appropriations Committee, I will work to responsibly fund our government, protect access to health care, and invest in the well-being of the 35th District and the Inland Empire.

Another baseless load of talking points from the soon to be Democrat Socialist party.
Trumps policies have increased wages, decreased unemployment for all especially the minority communities, and reduced the amount of taxes the FEDS take from your check!
